We are currently seeking an experienced Follow Up Specialist / Lead Manager.

Salary:

• US-based client – paid in US dollars.
• Starting Rate: $8-10 USD/hour.
• Payment usually via PayPal/Wise (varies depending on the client’s preference).
• Salary increase over time (performance-based).
• Direct Hire – No salary deductions from HYPR Service.
• Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment options depending on the client.

Schedule:

• 8 hours a day/40 hours a week.
• US business hours.
• Schedule changes based on the client.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as Follow-Up Specialist, Lead Manager, Executive Admin, Disposition Specialist, or • Acquisition Specialist in a US-based Real Estate Investing Company.
• Experience in managing/coaching Real Estate Cold Callers is a plus.
• Proficiency in Real Estate Wholesaling.
• Individuals with past US residency (ex-pats) are highly prioritized.
• Detail-oriented and computer literate.

Responsibilities:

This role aims to manage all incoming leads to maximize monetization opportunities. It serves as a crucial point of contact with the team, involving answering phone calls, entering leads into our CRM, and scheduling appointments with our sales team. Building rapport, empathizing/sympathizing with leads, and communicating professionally are vital. The candidate must excel in communication, possess strong customer service skills, and undertake the following responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and filter leads.
• Follow up with existing leads within CRM from all marketing sources.
• Schedule appointments for the Sales Team on the group calendar.
• Collaborate with the Admin and Sales Team.
• Create a warm handoff for the Sales Team to connect with viable leads.
• Conduct quality assurance follow-up calls/surveys with leads.
• Follow up on completed appointments by Acquisitions.
• Revive any cold/dying leads.
• Lead generation.
• Update KPIs every week.

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop/Desktop (Processor: at least i3, OS: at least Windows 10).
• Wired Internet Connection (Download and Upload speeds: above 10 mbps).
• Backup Computer (any accessible computer in case of issues).
• Backup Internet Connection (alternative connection in case of issues with the main provider).
• USB Noise-canceling Headset.
• Webcam/Laptop Camera.
