ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Lead Cleaner, you will be closely tied to our company’s success. You will manage the process of taking lead lists from raw data to email verified, enriched, relevant and personalized to our multiple clients ideal customer profiles. You’ll work closely with the Campaign Manager to propel our business forward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Gen Operations:
Manage the lead cleaning and preparation process, ensuring optimal outputs through quality control checks.
Process, track and quality-assure cold email lists for each client after receiving creative input from the CEO, or the Campaign Manager.
Be an expert in cleaning, verifying, personalizing and managing lead lists.
Organize projects in the clients list tracking tool to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
Guide and advise on business delivery and operations.
Innovation:
Continuously improve performance and experiment with new ideas to improve personalization.
Take risks and learn from failures quickly.
Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytical skills to interpret outcomes, generate insights, and recommend actionable changes.
Collaboration:
Follow instructions to complete list cleaning, verification and personalization.
Collaborate with the Campaign Manager and Inbox Manager.
Support the sales team with reasonable turn-around times.
Communication:
Share list updates and timelines effectively within the organization.
Keep the team informed about outputs.
Technology:
Use AI in Google Sheets, and Clay.
Ensure proper functioning and accuracy of all automations.
TOOLS YOU WILL USE
Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Apollo, Clay.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
You MUST have the ability to “Think outside the box” and bring insight to this job.
You MUST work fast, and respond quickly to messages in Slack
Very strong in professional English with excellent written and verbal communication skills – specifically with an understanding of modern cold-email copywriting.
Punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of self-management.
12+ months of experience in Cold Email Lead Generation and List Management.
Perfectionistic personality type.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and learn quickly.
A-team player who values support and collaboration.
Results-oriented with a high capacity for improving existing work structures.
