Lead Management in Real Estate

**Job Type:** Part-time with potential for full-time

**About Us:**
We are an expanding real estate team operating across three states, looking to onboard a dynamic Virtual Assistant specialized in Lead Management. Our focus is on growth and efficiency, leveraging technology to streamline our processes and enhance our marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and organize lead data within the Lofty CRM system.
– Utilize Mojo to gather lead information, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
– Convert and import data into Lofty CRM using CSV files, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
– Collaborate with the team to develop and implement real estate marketing strategies.
– Take on a leadership role in training new team members as we expand our operations.
– Employ critical thinking to solve problems and enhance lead management processes.
– Communicate effectively with team members across different time zones, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
-Skip Tracing Knowledge to complete Lead contact information.

**Requirements:**
– Proficient in using Lofty CRM and Mojo for lead management and data gathering.
-Excel and converting Excel Files
– Experience in real estate marketing or a strong willingness to learn and lead in this area.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to improve processes.
– Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
– Availability to work part-time, starting no later than 2 PM Pacific Standard Time, with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
