Position Overview:
As the Lead Manager for Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by effectively managing and nurturing leads within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all leads generated through various channels are diligently followed up and guided through the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Nurturing: Implement and execute lead nurturing strategies to engage potential clients and guide them through the sales funnel.
CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system, specifically Podio, to track, organize, and manage leads efficiently. Ensure that all relevant information is accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner.
Follow-up Procedures: Develop and implement effective follow-up procedures to maximize conversion rates. This includes regular communication via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Client Communication: Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions with leads and clients. Address inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of efforts.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on lead management activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators. Use this data to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adapt lead management strategies and stay ahead in a competitive real estate market.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate lead management or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of real estate processes and regulations.
Proficiency in CRM systems, with specific experience in Podio preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
