Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Following up with prospects that are interested in selling their house.
– They are setting up appointments for the acquisitions team.
– Updating information in the CRM.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new leads/prospects.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use your knowledge to improve our sales processes constantly.
– Manage the lead funnel and sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
– Outbound and inbound calling and/or appointment setting using a dialer
– Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline on a daily basis from various lead sources.

– Manage and organize leads in CRM;
-> Ensure correct information, notes, and all pertaining details about the lead are recorded correctly.
-> Accurately track and convey productivity and KPI metrics to management.
-> Pre-qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to the Acquisition Manager.

Schedule:
– PST work hours (40+ hours per week)
– 5 Days a week
– Must be willing to work PST hours and weekends (Saturday & Sunday Pacific Time)

Qualifications:
– Knowledge in the Real Estate Industry
– At least 3 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Cold Caller or relevant role
– Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
– Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
– Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
– Meet and exceed KPI targets and objectives set by the company.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Self starter, self-motivated, and target-driven
– Solid organizational and time management skills
– Experience with call centers and able to work a graveyard shift
– Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, loom, Google Workspace, and CRMs
– Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
– Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
– Proactive, confident with keen attention to details
