Position Title: Lead Manager

Salary: $500 base Salary + $1,000 Commission per Deal

Job Overview:
As a Lead Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our sales team, responsible for managing, nurturing, and converting leads into satisfied clients. Your exceptional communication skills and diligent follow-up practices will be crucial in building strong relationships with potential sellers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:

Identify and qualify leads generated from various marketing channels.
Maintain a detailed and organized database of all leads and interactions.
Communication:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through various communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
Clearly and effectively convey the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
Follow-Up:

Diligently follow up with leads at various stages of the sales funnel to ensure they are engaged and informed.
Track and document all follow-up activities, ensuring no lead is left unattended.
Sales Coordination:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies.
Assist in scheduling appointments and demonstrations with the sales team.
Reporting & Analysis:

Provide regular reports on lead status, follow-up activities, and conversion rates.
Analyze lead management processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Experience:

Ensure a positive and professional experience for all potential sellers, reflecting the company’s values and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
Experience:

Proven experience in lead management, sales, or a related field.
Track record of successfully managing and converting leads in a high-paced environment.
Skills:

Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
