Ultimately, you will be the person who helps to get to know our interested seller leads and help qualify them. You will help warm up the leads for our acquisitions manager.

This job involves A LOT of communication and phone skills. You will be on the phone the vast majority of the time. Your english must be flawless and you must have an ability to work during US business hours. It’s not for the faint of heart, and while it isn’t a good fit for everyone — the best part is that it comes with unlimited upside. The more deals you help our team close, the more you can get paid!!!

Most importantly, you must be willing to be pro-active and follow up and follow up and follow up. We will train you to learn everything you need to know. You’ll have a hand in helping us to continue to hone our processes and work together as partners to build an even more amazing business. Part of the job is using user-friendly software and part of it is calls/texts/emails/
dropping ringless voicemails with seller leads. From time-to-time, we may ask you to pitch in on other parts of the process as well.

This job does take a good deal of a time commitment and once you get rolling and trained in, expect to work some nights and weekends here and there (but not every day or even every other day). Being responsive to get the deal closed is so very important in this position! It’s not your ‘typical’ 8 to 5 kind of job.

The focus of this job is on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency is built through the structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on-the-job experience. Consistent, error-free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free. This position is designed to develop a valued expert, who, recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, can deliver quality work on a consistent basis.

The lead manager contacts new leads and follows up with old leads through our CRM software. The LM qualifies the lead and sets the lead up for an acquisition phone call if a hot lead or warm lead. Alternatively, the LM will calculate and submit a MOG/LOI if a cold lead.

Qualifying the lead involves gathering and confirming information about the property and the seller’s situation.

The lead manager should fill in the fields in our CRM and take excellent notes, as well as schedule future follow-up and trigger the correct automation in CRM.

The LM is responsible for tracking all the leads in the CRM and monitoring/editing existing automatic follow-up. How many leads did we get? How many offers did we make? How many appointments did we have? Etc.

You will have tasks to accomplish each day, but we value employees with INITIATIVE and PROBLEM-SOLVING skills that can notice issues and come up with solutions WITHOUT needing a manager to assign a specific duty.

You must have high-speed internet, a quiet work environment, a fast PC, a high-quality microphone, reliable power and/or a generator.

We are on the Central (Chicago) time zone. You must be able to work during our business day and show up to work AWAKE, with a GREAT ATTITUDE, READY TO GO. Our current employees get paid on PayPal or Payoneer.
