Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Lead Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and nurturing leads through various stages of the sales cycle. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Contacting new leads to verify information provided and qualify potential prospects.
Engaging with leads via phone calls, sms, emails, and other communication channels to provide information, answer questions, and build rapport.
Following up with leads who are not yet ready to sell, maintaining regular communication to stay top-of-mind and provide ongoing support.
Collaborating with sales agents to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide necessary updates on lead status.
Managing lead databases and CRM systems to accurately track lead interactions, updates, and progress through the sales pipeline.
Conducting market research and staying informed about industry trends to better understand client needs and preferences.
Assisting with other administrative tasks related to lead management and sales support, as needed.

Requirements:
Strong American accent
A very fluent and strong understanding of the English language, verbally and written.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with leads and team members.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency with CRM software and other lead management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
