Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Manager to join our managerial accounting firm. We focus on Fractional CFO and Financial Management services. The Lead Manager will play a crucial role in our company by effectively communicating with prospects from various sources, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, YouTube, and in-person events, and converting them into clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using CRM software, specifically GoHighLevel, and have a proven track record of successful client acquisition. We are looking for someone to join our team directly, this is not a gig role.

Responsibilities:
– Engage with prospects from multiple platforms, understand their financial needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and schedule sales appointments
– Manage and organize leads in our CRM program, GoHighLevel, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up activities.
– Cultivate relationships with potential clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and objections, and guiding them through the client onboarding process.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective communication strategies tailored to different platforms and client segments.
– Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation and client conversion, suggesting improvements based on data analysis.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adjust communication strategies accordingly.

Daily Tasks:
– Respond promptly to inquiries and messages from prospects on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, YouTube, GoHighLevel, and other platforms.
– Update and manage leads in GoHighLevel, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
– Conduct follow-up calls and emails with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Monthly Tasks:
– Analyze lead generation and conversion data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms.
– Conduct monthly reviews of communication strategies and adjust them based on performance metrics.

Annual Tasks:
– Prepare an annual report summarizing the lead generation and conversion efforts, including successes, challenges, and recommendations for the upcoming year.
– Participate in annual training sessions to enhance communication and negotiation skills.

Education Requirements:
– A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred/not required.
– Sales certifications preferred/not required.

Required Skills:
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically GoHighLevel.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
– Proven track record in lead generation and client conversion.
– Ability to adapt communication strategies for different platforms and target audiences.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
– Self-motivated and results-driven.

– $50 (USD) Commissions for each appointment that becomes a customer
