Lead Manager / Cold Caller (real estate)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to work remotely as a Real Estate Cold Caller and Lead Manager.

You will have the ability to grow as we grow. We are a team of 3. We work really hard and have fun. We are seeking someone with real experience talking to sellers, negotiating contracts. You will have the ability to build out a team or own a vertical as we grow,

You must be comfortable making cold calls, engaging with potential clients, and turning them into qualified leads.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be results-oriented.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads
– Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow-up with leads
– Build rapport with potential clients and engage in meaningful conversations
– Identify the client’s needs and provide them with information about our real estate services
– Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner
– Schedule appointments and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of all calls and leads generated
– Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:
– At least 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation in the real estate industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong sales skills and ability to close deals
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
– High-speed internet and a reliable computer with a headset
– Ability to work remotely and maintain a professional work environment
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
– Must be fluent in English
