We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Manager/Junior Home Acquisition Specialist to join our growing real estate wholesaling team. Your main responsibility will be to initiate discovery calls with potential homeowners who have shown an interest in selling their properties. Through these conversations, you’ll assess their motivations, needs, and their openness to receiving an offer for their property.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in phone conversations with potential homeowners, skillfully probing for key information about the property and the homeowner’s situation.
• Assess the motivation and urgency of potential sellers, qualifying leads for further engagement.
• Record detailed notes from each conversation into our CRM system, ensuring that all the important details are captured accurately.
• Set appointments for our Senior Home Acquisition Specialists to further the sales process.
• Collaborate effectively with our team to ensure smooth transitions and the sharing of key insights about each lead.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with a near-native level of English proficiency.
• Comfortable conducting phone conversations and building rapport with a variety of individuals.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market and wholesaling process.
• Familiarity with CRM systems would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience:
• Candidates with prior experience in a similar role in real estate wholesaling, and a demonstrable track record of success, are highly preferred.
Pay Structure:
The compensation for this role will be a competitive base pay, supplemented by performance-based bonuses for each qualified lead that progresses into a successful deal. The potential for growth and increased earnings in this role is significant, as our company continues to expand.
