Position: Lead Manager – Real Estate Acquisitions
Company Overview:
06 Property Solution LLC is a dynamic and rapidly growing off-market real estate acquisitions business. We specialize in identifying lucrative opportunities and are seeking a motivated Lead Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads and potential sellers to gather essential information
Qualify leads to ensure they meet our criteria for making an offer
Collaborate with the acquisitions team to strategize and prioritize leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in our CRM system
Build and nurture relationships with potential sellers
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills with a minimum English proficiency of 8/10
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Coachable and willing to learn our unique acquisition processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus but not required
Requirements:
2-3+ years in the communications sector.
8/10 English speaking proficiency.
real estate experience is preferred.
Long-term Mindset to stay with a company for a long time.
Compensation:
$5/hr base salary plus commission
