Job Description

We purchase raw land directly from landowners in various states and specialize in acquiring/reselling it to our buyers/investors, providing them with deals to satisfy their needs, as well as providing solutions to landowners using a variety of strategies. We are an energetic team looking to expand into new markets, and perform at a high level in the real estate space. Lots of growth and opportunity to be a part of the team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, passionate and hard-working individual to add to our Real Estate Raw Land team in the US. As a Lead Manager, you should have experience and training in marketing campaigns (flyers, SMS campaigns and others), evaluating markets and specific land deals and providing a maximum offer price, negotiating the contract, transaction coordination through closing, building and maintaining a buyers list. This Lead Manager should have great communication/organizational skills and reliable task completion capabilities. Ideal personality to be a natural leader. Training will be provided on any software if needed, to allow performing the required tasks.
We need a self-starter that will be able to take the training, take initiative and build out the required elements of the business (without daily input/supervision). Then transition to managing it on an ongoing basis, adding team members as needed.

Daily Tasks/Important Skills:
• Excellent English, analytical and management skills
• Experience in Real Estate land investing (1-2 years)
• Able to negotiate with sellers to secure the best possible contract
• Proven ability to run the day-to-day operations
• Self starter, without needing to be managed daily
• Track and be responsible for Key Performance Indicators
• Evaluate markets, craft a buy box, run comparable value reports, determine the maximum offer price, create and review contracts
• Pull data lists according to developed criteria, market to the list and negotiate the contract
• Complete transaction coordination after contract signing, with title companies and buyers through to closing
• Maintain relationships with cash buyers, market and disposition the property to investor buyers
• Campaign/CRM Management (Taking leads through the process, logging progress and KPIs, follow up)
• Reliable internet connection/power, computer with headset (with back-up system), quiet and professional work environment
Preference to individuals with experience in these skills, as well as personality/culture fit.
