Lead Manager-Vacant Land-Sales

We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Manager. Our company specializes in buying and selling vacant land across the United States. This role is pivotal in our success, as you’ll be the primary point of contact for qualifying leads generated through our text marketing efforts.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST

This job involves A LOT of communication and phone skills. You will be on the phone the vast majority of the time. Your English must be great and you must have an ability to work during US business hours. Comping land values market value analysis experience is a plus.

Most importantly, you must be willing to be pro-active and follow up and follow up and follow up. Part of the job is using user-friendly software and part of it is calls/texts/emails/

Once you get rolling and trained, expect to work some weekends here and there.

We will pay anywhere between $5-$8 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Engage in phone conversations with warm leads to gather information about potential properties.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and transfer qualified leads to our acquisition manager.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets, with an expectation of 1 to 3 hours of talk time per day.

Job Requirements:
Fluent in speaking and writing in English with minimal foreign accent (many of our sellers want to feel like they are speaking to someone in the United States)
Previous sales experience is required.
CRM proficiency.
Experience using Slack for team communication.
Utilization of Google Earth for property review.
Real Estate experience is preferred.
Comping land values market value analysis experience is a plus
Detail-oriented, ensuring call notes are accurately entered into the CRM
Kind, empathetic, and driven for professional growth (as this role offers both salary and commission, you determine your earnings; seeking motivated individuals who aim to assist others and achieve substantial income)

Minimum PC/Laptop processor.
Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
