Job Description

Hi! We are GSF, a USA-based marketing agency in Nashville, Tennessee seeking a skilled Lead Meta and Google Ad Manager to build and execute various digital marketing tasks. We offer our clients state of the art video production, professional photography, beautiful graphic design, effective digital ad placement, and overall brand strategy. Our industries include automotive, home services, financial, non-profits, legal, construction, and more.

IMPORTANT: This is a full-time job and we expect whoever does this position to work exclusively with us full-time and not have other contracts or jobs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Meta and Google ad campaign operations, and also be able to modify Photoshop files for content placement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Meta Ad Management: Update Facebook and Instagram ads every single day, including modifying graphics (PSD format), writing accurate titles and captions, and adjusting ad placements to suit different device dimensions.
– Google Ad Management: Setup Search Ads, Display ads, YouTube ads,. Experience with Vehicle Listing Ads (connecting to database or catalog for inventory) is a plus. Understanding or being able to setup Key Event tracking using Google Tag Manager is a plus.
– Ad Reporting: Compile and deliver ad spend reports for Facebook and Google on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
– Media Coordination: Submit final videos and graphics for media placement, ensuring all materials meet the specified requirements and deadlines.
– Content Publishing: Upload final video versions to our YouTube channel promptly upon completion, maintain proper video descriptions, and ensure all metadata is accurate.
– Post Scheduling and Promotion: Schedule and boost posts on various social media platforms to enhance engagement, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

***REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS***
– Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
– Strong ability to use social media platforms, especially Facebook Ads Manager and YouTube.
– Strong experience using Google Ads platforms.
– Excellent graphic editing skills with a good sense of design (experience with Adobe Photoshop is important).
– Effective communication skills and proficiency in English.
– Detail-oriented with a knack for maintaining deadlines and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
– Experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business and other digital marketing tools.

Should have a reliable internet connection and the necessary hardware to perform tasks effectively.
