Job Description

Every person who works at Wilson 360 brings something unique to the team; everyone has a unique opportunity to carry out meaningful work. Wilson 360 is looking for a Lead Nurturing Specialist to play a key role in our growing consulting business.

Your core responsibilities will be to nurture inbound leads, engage with potential leads, and prospect for new leads for two lines of business. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with potential clients. The best candidates will be highly motivated, results-driven, and possess a competitive work drive.

Responsibilities
– Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities
– Work with Marketing to build lead nurturing campaigns to achieve engagement
– Gather lead information by using provided tools and initiative to build target lists for prospecting activities
– Follow a clear process for outreach using an omnichannel approach (texting or calling inbound prospects, emailing with nurturing content, LinkedIn, etc.)
– Document and maintain all activity within GoHighLevel to track activity, measure results, and ensure data integrity
– Make process adjustments as needed based on outcomes
– Maintain a consistent product-training regimen to stay current with all Wilson 360 value propositions and services.

Requirements

– 2+ years’ experience with lead nurturing, inbound appointment management, pipeline management, and spotting opportunities and trends.
– 2+ years’ experience using GoHighLevel to manage inbound lead flow
– Fluent with social media outreach via Twitter, LinkedIn and other social platforms
– Highly motivated, organized, competitive, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
– Must understand how to deliver a compelling message to business executives and leverage interest into an opportunity
– Interested in gaining high ticket sales experience
– Excellent communicator over video conference
– Open to learning new processes in sales
– Are routine driven
– Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
– Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the manager
– Coachable, open to feedback, and growth

Results
– Inbound inquiries are responded to within two hours (during normal business hours)
– Number of appointments set is at or above 40?ch week
– Definition for a Qualified Sales Lead (QSL) exists and QSL to conversion ratio is being tracked
– Lead nurture campaigns and workflows exist for each inbound channel
– Process for lead nurture is documented into an SOP
– More qualified leads are booked into appointments
– More appointments are converted into new business

Job Compensation:
– Monthly Base Salary: $800
– Bonus Opportunities: Additional bonuses available for scheduling calls
