**Position Overview:**
As a Closing Caller, you will play a critical role in our operations. You will be responsible for following up with leads, setting appointments, communicating with colleagues, and marketing properties. Our system is fully automated, providing you with all the tools and resources needed, including comprehensive training videos and scripts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Follow up with prospective leads to nurture and convert them into clients.
– Set appointments for consultations and property viewings.
– Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
– Market properties using provided materials and strategies.
– Facilitate deals using our automated system and adhere to provided instructions.
**Qualifications:**
– Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and property marketing is a plus.
– Reliable internet service and a backup connection source.
– A suitable computer capable of handling job requirements.

– Cannot have additional job commitments as this will be a distraction to your performance.
**Additional Requirements:**
– Payroll will be processed biweekly using the Wise platform.
