Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries from potential clients, engaging with leads through text and social media, and ensuring a seamless communication process that results in qualified leads for our clients. This role is crucial in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and driving our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries through text and social media channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Engage with potential clients by asking relevant questions to gather necessary information and qualify leads.
Manage and respond to comments and messages on Facebook to generate additional leads.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM system.
Ensure smooth handoff of qualified & partially qualified leads for follow-up and quotation.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
