Kidcreate Studio is a franchise concept that focuses on art education for children ages 18 months-12 years of age with multiple locations across the US.
We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Qualifier and Appointment Scheduler. This role is critical to the growth of our franchise by helping move our potential franchisees from being a lead to a qualified lead, and by getting them excited to talk to our educator and begin our discovery process.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Qualifier and Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service by qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and managing customer expectations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
• Qualifying leads by asking questions about their finances,, preferences, budget, and timeline;
• Scheduling appointments with an educator
• Keeping accurate records of all conversations while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality;
• Answering general questions from customers regarding services offered;
• Communicating effectively with sales staff regarding customer inquiries;
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned.
In order to succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone who has experience working in similar roles within a customer service environment. You must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling multiple tasks at once. Previous experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferable but not essential. You should also possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and G Suites. Above all else, you must have the ability to remain professional at all times when dealing with customers over the phone and leads must be responded to within 2 hours of coming into our system.
