Recruiter Salary: The current recruiter’s salary is $660.
Job Summary: As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Your goal is to ensure we build a high-performing team that aligns with our company’s mission, values, and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing:
To identify potential candidates, utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Proactively search for and engage with passive candidates.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications.
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ fit with the position and company culture.
Candidate Experience:
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed about their status and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Compliance and Legal Requirements:
Maintain equal opportunity and diversity in the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
