Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, adaptable, experienced Lead Recruiter to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent, excellent organizational
skills, and a passion for our mission. They will be responsible for assessing candidates; hard
and soft skills, organizing and scheduling interviews, maintaining tracking systems, and
effectively communicating our values and benefits to potential hires. This role requires working
closely with the owner to ensure that new hires align with our company’s core values of
innovation, integrity, and excellence, thereby contributing to a positive and growth-oriented
company culture.

Key Responsibilities::

– Generate and post job listings on various platforms, ensuring they are attractive and
accurate.
– Familiarize yourself with and maintain candidate tracking systems using
boards.
– Organize and schedule interviews efficiently using tools like Google Calendar and
Calendly.
– Communicate professionally, articulating our corporate values, vision, and compensation
policies.
– Build initial relationships with key stakeholders and understand their recruitment needs.
– Assess candidates; qualifications using rubrics to ensure consistency and accuracy.
– Follow standardized procedures for candidate evaluation.
– Engage actively with recruitment groups on social media to grow and maintain active
engagement.
– Develop and implement strategies to expand our candidate pool through social media
and other channels.
– Utilize AI tools and technology to aid in candidate evaluation and content creation for job
listings.
– Innovate recruitment processes to continually improve our methods.
– Sell the benefits of working at our company to attract top candidates.
– Work hand in hand with the owner to maintain and improve the company culture through
hiring recommendations.
– Conduct a self-assessment and meet with the business owner for a formal performance
review and feedback session.
– Implement more significant changes and innovations to improve recruitment efficiency
and effectiveness.

Qualification:

– College degree and proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related
field.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), Google Calendar, Calendly, and
.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to articulate corporate values and benefits effectively.
– Sales skills to attract top candidates.
– Innovative mindset with the ability to improve and streamline processes.
– Familiarity with AI tools and technology for recruitment purposes.
– Strong social media skills to enhance recruitment efforts.
– Leadership skills to manage and guide the recruitment process.
– Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
– Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
– Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

The compensation package includes:
– Competitive compensation: as much as Php600,000 annual earnings.
