Property Owner and Management Company Outreach:
– Conduct outbound phone calls and messaging to property owners and management companies to promote our services.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with property stakeholders.
– Gather property details and rental listings to ensure accurate information for clients.
City Regulations and Compliance:
– Research and stay updated on local rental regulations and compliance requirements in various cities.
– Collaborate with relevant city departments to understand and adhere to rental property regulations.
– Keep internal teams informed of changes in regulations that may affect our clients.
Data Management:
– Maintain accurate records of property owner and management company interactions.
– Update the database with property listings and regulatory information.
– Team Collaboration:
– Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
– With a strong sales experience in a related industry
– Outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational abilities.
– Competence in utilizing sales management software and CRM systems
– Adept at striking a balance between persuasion and professionalism
– Proven experience in phone-based customer service, sales, or outreach.
– Knowledge of real estate and rental property market dynamics is a huge plus.
