Job Summary:
The Lead Scrubbing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of lead data for the sales team. This role involves reviewing, cleaning, and updating lead information, ensuring high-quality leads and contributing to the overall success of sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, tenacity for accuracy, great communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to cross reference various sources for information.

Key Responsibilities:
DATA CLEANSING:
• Review and verify the accuracy of raw lead information, removing duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant leads.
• Calling and using online resources to verify details as specified by management.
• Update and enrich lead data with the latest information available.
• Standardize lead data to ensure consistency across the database.
DATA ANALYSIS:
• Identify patterns and trends within the lead data to improve lead quality.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance lead generation strategies.
• Quick identification and resolution of issues within the lead lists.
COLLABORATION:
• Work closely with the VP, Marketing to understand lead requirements and preferences.
• Collaborate with VP, Marketing to ensure alignment on lead quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address data-related issues promptly.
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings as required to report your progress
• Provide input, report problems, and get help with challenges you have.
TOOLS AND SOFTWARE:
• To use Microsoft Excel (the call list), Microsoft Teams, and Dialer and other tech correctly.
• Leverage data cleaning software and techniques to improve efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and reports on lead data quality and scrubbing activities.
• To be a serious student of the One82 playbook and processes.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data management, lead scrubbing, or a related role.
• Understands sales processes and lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency with Excel and data management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong English skills (both written and oral).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data cleaning techniques and best practices.
• Determined, positive, friendly and a flexible attitude.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.
• Ability to follow set processes and procedures.
• High level of integrity.

Requirements:
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday in Pacific Standard Time Zone (PST).
• Must have own laptop or computer.
• Must have access to high-speed internet.

This role is vital for sales efficiency as it ensures that the sales team can focus on high-quality leads, increasing the likelihood of successful conversions and ultimately driving revenue growth. The List Cleaner or Lead Scrubber acts as a gatekeeper, making sure that only the most promising prospects are pursued.
