We are seeking a Lead Sourcer for a UK-based company. This is a part-time role with 20 hours per week, but there is potential for growth in the future. The successful candidate will start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms.
Conduct extensive sourcing of potential leads to support business growth.
Execute daily lead searches on LinkedIn using as specified, ensuring a target of 200 leads per day.
Collaborate with the team to understand the categories and criteria for lead searches.
Lead Sourcing Tools:
Utilize Snovio and other relevant platforms for efficient lead sourcing and data collection.
Implement advanced search techniques to find accurate and verified contact information.
Qualification:
Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our services.
Categorize leads based on their potential value and readiness to engage with our sales team.
Database Management:
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Regularly clean and segment the database to optimize lead management processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective follow-up.
Provide detailed lead information and insights to support sales strategies.
Reporting:
Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
Use data-driven insights to refine and improve lead generation processes continuously.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover potential niches and target segments.
Data Analysis:
Analyze lead behavior and engagement metrics to identify patterns and trends.
Use insights to develop targeted strategies for different lead segments.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years in lead generation, sales, or related roles with a track record of generating leads, managing pipelines, and driving sales growth in B2B or relevant industries.
Communication Skills: Skilled at grasping client and organizational requirements and effectively communicating them within the team.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems for lead management, tracking, and data analysis. Familiarity with tools like Snovio for lead sourcing, verification, and automated outreach.
Independence: Self-starter who can prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
