A Real Estate Investment Company based in the US is looking for an AMAZING LEAD SOURCING AND ADMIN SUPPORT VA TO JOIN THEIR TEAM! If you have extreme patience for sourcing US Properties that are open for acquisition, critical and exceptionally analytical in assessing property information and documentations, and having high attention to detail in every work output that you produce. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Utilize expertise in the USA real estate market to source and identify promising investment opportunities.
* Conduct research, market analysis, and due diligence to evaluate potential deals.
* Expand lead generation efforts through various channels, including online databases, networking events, and partnerships.
* Qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as property type, location, condition, and seller motivation.
* Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
* Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
* Manage emails, calendars, and day-to-day administrative tasks for the executive team.
* Oversee Profit and Loss (PNL) statements and financial documentation.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
* Handle property management-related issues, such as signage changes and ensuring property-specific requirements are met.
* Develop and maintain efficient systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in deal sourcing and lead generation within the USA real estate market.
* Experience in real estate investment and property management is a significant plus.
* Proficiency in administrative tasks, including email management, calendar coordination, and financial
documentation.
* Ability to create and implement efficient systems and SOPs.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
* Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
* Exemplary organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
* A self-driven and proactive demeanor, showcasing the ability to work autonomously, initiate tasks, and
consistently meet deadlines.
