What You’ll Do:

Conduct initial screening calls to gauge the seriousness and suitability of potential candidates, setting the stage for final interviews with our senior management.
Prepare and present detailed reports after each screening call, providing insights and recommendations to streamline the recruitment process.
Proactively reach out to candidates we identify, as well as independently scout for new talent across various platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn, expanding our talent pool with exceptional individuals.

Who You Are:

Experienced in HR, particularly in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and securing high-caliber candidates.
Skilled in conducting effective screening calls and able to quickly assess candidate potential and fit for our dynamic team environment.
An excellent communicator, comfortable with initiating contact and engaging with potential talents across social media and professional networks.
A self-starter, capable of working independently to uncover and attract new talents, bringing fresh perspectives and skills to our team.
