Job Description

OVERVIEW:

Our team is searching for a highly organized Personal Assistant/Social Media Manager (15 hours per week) with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in administrative support and Social Media management to streamline operations for our company “Rise Up and Start Again” life coaching managing diverse operation needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing administrative tasks, excellent Social Media skills with good communication skills.
TASKS:
? Manage and schedule appointments using various calendar management tools.
? Handle email filtering and correspondence to prioritize urgent communications.
? Maintain client communication, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
? Assist with formatting documents, presentations, and coaching materials.
? Manage daily post reels and hashtags on Facebook Instagram TikTok Youtube and Linkedin
? Manage updates and engagements on social media platforms.
? Update the website with blog posts, testimonials, and event announcements.
? Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and retreats.
? Manage contact lists and facilitate networking with professionals.
? Support client onboarding processes.
? Collect and organize client feedback.
? Prepare for meetings and set up required technology.
? Manage small projects or initiatives within the coaching practice.
? Conduct market research on industry trends and potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
? Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
? Experience using Facebook Instagram Youtube TickTok and Linkedin.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant/Social Media management.
? Good communication skills and discretion must have an ID score of 70 or higher.
? Available for 15 hours per week.
PROVIDED:
? Full video training for each task.
? Access to necessary scheduling and management tools.
? Flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability may be a possibility.
? Most tasks will have clear guidelines, though some will require your creative input and initiative.
HOURS: 15 hours/week
RATE: $5.00 USD/ hour ($300 USD/month)
