Leadership Development Coach

We are actively looking for an experienced Leadership Development Coach to join our team on a contract basis for a duration of 2-3 months. In this role, you will work closely with one of our team leaders, helping him enhance his leadership skills and proficiency in effectively managing and inspiring the team. Your guidance will be essential to his professional development and our team’s overall success.

Type of Work: Gig/Part Time
Payment: Between 280-550 PHP per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with the team leader to identify strengths and areas for improvement in his leadership capabilities.
· Helping the manager develop an effective leadership style that suits his personality and role.
· Observing the manager during team meetings or how he performs his duties to determine areas where he can improve his leadership skills.
· Assess, recommend, create, and implement leadership development processes, tools, resources, solutions, and/or organization development interventions to enhance our team leader’s essential leadership competencies.
· Provide the manager feedback, guidance, and support in developing his leadership skills, communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
· Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of coaching programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in leadership development coaching or a related field.
· Strong understanding of leadership principles, management strategies, and organizational dynamics.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build rapport and trust with individuals at all levels of the organization.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are a plus.
· A bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Education, or Business Administration is preferred.
