Job Description

Hi,

We are an Australian based company with 20 years experience managing a number of ecommerce websites. We are currently seeking the services of a top level SEO/SEM Professional to take responsibility for our digital marketing management.

Our preference is for a loyal, stable & reliable full time person that is looking for a long term relationship. However, we will also consider 2 part time candidates and will split the role.

As a Leading SEO/SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting comprehensive website analysis, keyword research, and competitor analysis for our existing sites and any new sites we launch.
2. Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, lead generation & website sales.
3. Optimizing website content, structure, metadata, and on-page/off-page elements to increase website traffic, engagement and website sales.
4. Performing regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues.
5. Analyzing website data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
6. Ensuring our sites stay up to date with the latest developments in SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
7. Develop, implement & optimize effective PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads) to drive sales.
8. Perform GBP/GMB Optimisation & develop Local Citations and Link Building

Position Requirements:
– Demonstratable expertise with the latest SEO techniques and strategies.
– Demonstratable experience in improving traffic and conversions.
– Experienced with Google Analytics, Search Console & Merchant console.
– Experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce.
– Workable understanding of website development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Experience working with Semrush, Moz, Ubersuggest or similar. We use Ubersuggest currently.
– Fluency in English and availability during Melbourne Australia business hours for effective communication.
– You will need a good internet connection & computer setup with at least 20 mbps internet service; 4GB RAM; at least an i5 processor, as You will often meet with our team in Australia via Zoom or Skype.

In addition to the above, We require the successful applicant to be a highly organized self-starter, able to work unsupervised, and able to set goals & develop processes around the role.

Remuneration for this role is negotiable, dependent on experience and expertise. However, we are looking for an exceptional individual and are willing to pay to get it.
