Job Description:
The Leads Distribution Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the flow of incoming leads to our sales team. This position is responsible for qualifying leads, nurturing ongoing relationships, and reengaging dormant leads to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and other lead management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Multiple languages is an asset

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification:
• Respond promptly to incoming lead inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Conduct initial screenings to gather essential information and assess the lead’s needs and readiness.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and assign them to the appropriate real estate agents.
Lead Nurturing:
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Provide leads with relevant information and resources to keep them engaged.
• Record lead interactions and progress in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Lead Reengagement:
• Identify and reengage dormant or unresponsive leads through targeted outreach efforts.
• Implement strategies to revive interest and encourage leads to move forward in the sales process.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with real estate agents to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Provide detailed notes and background information on leads to agents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and resources for effective lead nurturing.
