Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Leads Generation Specialist to play a pivotal role in expanding our mailing list and driving growth for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of leads generation techniques, with expertise in utilizing leads scraping tools and other relevant technologies. As a Leads Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing potential leads, qualifying them, and ensuring their seamless integration into our mailing list. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Utilize leads scraping tools and other resources to identify and extract potential leads relevant to our target audience.
Conduct thorough research to verify the accuracy and validity of gathered leads information.
Employ data cleaning and validation techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of captured leads.
Develop and implement effective strategies to expand and enrich our mailing list.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand target demographics and tailor lead generation efforts accordingly.
Regularly update and maintain leads database, ensuring proper organization and categorization for easy accessibility.
Monitor and analyze key metrics related to leads generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to leads generation, incorporating new techniques as appropriate.
Provide timely reports and updates on leads generation performance to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Leads Generation Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully building and expanding mailing lists.
Proficiency in leads scraping tools and techniques, with hands-on experience in utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , and similar platforms.
Strong research skills, with the ability to effectively navigate online resources and extract relevant leads information.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and validation processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Certification or training in leads generation tools and techniques is a plus.
