JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Lead Generator manages leads, receives incoming calls from our company’s various marketing channels. The Lead Generator uses various programs to send text messages to prospects and use those conversations to qualify the prospect into a lead. The Lead Generator qualifies leads by gaining the lead’s trust and finding out if the lead wants to sell their home for under market value. After qualifying a lead, the Lead Generator sets phone appointments for a Sales Reps to call the new lead. The Lead Generator is responsible for following up with all leads in our company’s C.R.M. by making periodic calls to each lead. When following up with a lead, if the lead’s life changes and that lead is now ready to sell their home, the Lead Generator will schedule another call with the lead and the Sales Rep assigned to that lead. The Lead Generator always notifies the team of both new and rescheduled appointments.
The Lead Generator will input new qualified leads into our company’s C.R.M. Once leads are inputted into the company database, the Lead Generator will schedule phone calls with the lead and a company Sales Representative. The Lead Generator will notify the team of each new appointment set by the Lead Generator. The Lead Generator will manage a lead over the course of the lead’s lifetime (from new lead to either a contract or a dead lead). The Lead Generator will respond to texts or responses to automated messages that are sent from the company’s C.R.M. The Lead Generator will handle all automated processes such as automated texting and drip sequences. The Lead Generator is responsible for calling leads the day after Sale Rep phone appointments to do “Quality Assurance” on the lead. These quality assurance calls are made in order to ensure that high standards of service are being met and to get more information from the lead that will help us buy their house. The Lead Generator is required to over-communicate with the team and with management. While interacting with leads and representing our company, the Lead Generator must always be warm, polite, funny, and helpful.
The Lead Generator is required to respond immediately to all communications from management and the Sales team to ensure that all leads are being handled quickly and efficiently with the ultimate goal of turning leads into DEALS.
The Lead Generator will also need to be able to use various company programs to search residential property and homeowner data to create lists of prospects. After creating the list of prospects, the Lead Generator will use company programs to skip trace the prospect and get possible contact info. After these prospects have been skip traced, the Lead Generator may be required to call all phone numbers attached to the prospect in order to determine best possible contact information and to “qualify” the prospect as a lead.
The Lead Generator will need to be able to prioritize their time to handle impromptu situations or tasks that are assigned to the Lead Generator by management. The Lead Generator will handle various spreadsheets AND reporting of vital information to management.
The Lead Generator needs to work a very strict schedule of 10:00am – 3:00pm, Saturday through Sunday (U.S.A. Pacific Standard/Los Angeles time). This position is only available for someone that can maintain 100% attendance and is completely reliable and dependable to be early, present, focused, and ready to work every single day. This position is for someone that wants to excel and grow professionally and personally. REQUIRED SKILLS
-Very good in office software such as: Microsoft word, excel, google docs, sheets, slides, etc.
-MUST SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL and has the willingness to learn and implement American slang
-Able to prioritize and understand levels of urgency for required tasks (this will be trained to fit our business specifically)
-NEED TO HAVE 100% RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION
-NEED TO HAVE WORKING SPEAKERS AND HEADPHONES AND CAMERA ON THEIR COMPUTER
– EVERY TIME YOU ARE ON A MEETING WITH MANAGMENT YOUR CAMERA IS REQUIRED TO BE ON
-Must be on time to work every day and early to weekly video call meetings with the team
-Able to learn various C.R.M. programs and other various company software (Podio, Monday, Ringcentral, BatchDialer, Launchcontrol, among others)
-Able to excessively communicate with management (no nervousness or worry that you are reaching out to management too much)

This position pays $5.00 USD per hour with a 10 hour work week
Additional to the hourly pay: $100 per closed transaction from a lead generated by the Lead Generator.
This position has quarterly reviews with great potential for pay incentives.
Our office is in Corona, CA and is in the Pacific Standard (Los Angeles) Time zone.
