Job Description

We are seeking a skilled LearnDash and CRM Specialist to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our LearnDash platform, and providing support for our CRM GoHighLevel.

A strong background in LearnDash and familiarity with BuddyBoss or PeepSo (Social Sites) will be a significant advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain the LearnDash platform, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues that may arise.

-Demonstrate proficiency in essential LearnDash skills, showcasing expertise in the platform.

-Respond to and resolve support tickets related to access to classes, billing, and general questions (training will be provided).

-Possess general knowledge of the CRM platform GoHighLevel or be willing to learn it quickly.

-Set up and manage email campaigns within GoHighLevel, ensuring effective communication with leads and clients.

-Respond to leads and client messages, providing prompt and professional support.

-Work within an Amazon WorkSpaces or similar environment to assist team members in a timely manner, fostering effective collaboration and communication.

-Possess a high level of knowledge or familiarity with BuddyBoss or PeepSo (Social Sites) platforms as a plus.

-Complete other duties as assigned, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

-Collaborate with the team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience with LearnDash and a strong understanding of its features and functionalities, including essential skills.

-Familiarity with BuddyBoss or PeepSo (Social Sites) platforms is a plus.

-Experience with CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

-Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

-Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.

-Experience working within an Amazon WorkSpaces or similar environment to receive assistance or to assist team members promptly.
