Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

Location: Remote, USA based company seeking

Role Overview:

Learning Experience Designer (LXD), also known as an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) or Graphic Designer specializing in learning content. In this role, you will transform expert knowledge into engaging and effective online learning materials for a diverse range of American and international businesses. Your work will significantly enhance our clients’ educational experiences, contributing to numerous success stories across your portfolio.

Responsibilities:

– Design and develop learning materials, including learning objectives, workbooks, presenter scripts, and slide decks.
– Utilize a variety of digital tools to create visually appealing and educational content.
– Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project specifications.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years involved in training and learning design, particularly in an educational or corporate training environments.

Willingness to learn from a seasoned pro who can convert your other skills into useful additions to the team.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video editing, learning design, and graphic design tools, including:

Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
Captivate
Adobe Suite
Adobe Captivate
Camtasia
Final Cut Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Affinity Designer
Canva

Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a broad range of skills and projects in learning design.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and understanding of project requirements.

Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
