Learning Management Content Creator

Responsibilities:

Collaborative Planning: Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and develop course outlines, content structure, and assessments.
Multimedia Integration: Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, quizzes, and simulations to enhance the learning experience.
Quality Assurance: Review and edit course content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards, addressing any feedback or revisions as needed.
LMS Management: Upload and organize course content within the LMS platform, ensuring proper functionality, accessibility, and usability for learners.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in e-learning, suggesting improvements and innovative approaches to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education, or related field.
Proven experience in developing engaging and effective e-learning course content for an LMS.
Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices in online learning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
