We’re looking for a VA to assist the client and his team in the back end. They support 500 to 1000 learners who regularly access their learning system, and they are committed to providing exceptional support to enhance the learning experience.

The job is to assist learners with their queries and ensure smooth operations within the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Learner Support: Answer queries from learners, providing accurate and helpful information.

Ticketing System: Manage and respond to queries through the ticketing system, utilizing the database for answers and responding via emails.

Live Session Assistance: Join live sessions to provide support, assist with breakout rooms in Zoom, and help learners log into the system.

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to learners during live sessions and troubleshoot login issues.

Information Management: Collate information using Excel and update the CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless learning experience for all learners.

Ideal Candidate:
-ESL or BS-Education graduate (basis for initial interview)
-EA or GVA experience(strong admin skills)
-Comprehensive and detail-oriented.
-Enjoys working with a team.
-Strong communication skills.
-Proficient in using Excel and CRM systems.
-Experience with Zoom and providing technical support.

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
