Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated LearnWorlds Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, setting up, and customizing LearnWorlds platforms to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele. You will work closely with our learning designers, and clients to create engaging and impactful online learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their requirements for the LearnWorlds platform.
Set up new LearnWorlds sites, including branding, layout, and basic functionalities.
Customize courses, interactive elements, and learning paths according to client needs.
Integrate third-party tools and software as required.
Provide support to clients on how to use and maintain their LearnWorlds site.
Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure that setups meet Mavenzeal’s high standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate promotional resources and strategies into the LearnWorlds platform.
Stay updated on LearnWorlds updates and features to recommend improvements and additional functionalities to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in instructional design, computer science, or a related field.
Previous experience in implementing and managing LearnWorlds sites. Experience with similar online course platforms is also highly regarded.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing or SEO.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for advanced customization.
