Lease Renewal Specialist

We are on a growth trajectory, expanding from 1,400 to 3,500 doors under management over the next four years. To support this expansion, we need a Lease Continuation Specialist experienced in managing the lease renewal lifecycle.

Role Overview:

The Remote Lease Continuation Specialist will manage the entire lease renewal process, from obtaining owner approval to finalizing and updating leases in the system. This role includes implementing strategies to meet service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring progress, and ensuring renewals stay on track.

Your Day To Day In this Role:

Client and Resident Interaction: Communicate with clients and residents to discuss lease renewal options, terms, and benefits, excluding negotiations.
Document Management: Prepare and process lease renewal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for residents regarding lease renewals.
Inquiry Handling: Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to boost resident satisfaction and retention.
System Updates: Update resident information in the system as new details are shared or discovered.
Outcome Tracking: Track and report on lease renewal outcomes and identify any bottlenecks.
Cross-Training: Learn and assist with other resident service team responsibilities.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the resident services manager.

Your Background:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and administrative roles within a property management company; 3+ years preferred.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (C1 or C2 English Level).
Own modern equipment: computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), webcam, and microphone.
Stable high-speed internet connection.
Comfortable and quiet workspace.
Full-time availability: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (CST). You will work the graveyard shift.
