team as a Leasing and Customer Service Coordinator. In this integral role, you will be the
linchpin between our valued residents and the property management team, ensuring a
seamless leasing experience and fostering positive relationships with our community.

As the Leasing and Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the face of our property,
responsible for guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, addressing inquiries,
and providing unparalleled customer service to our existing residents.

Leasing Coordinator Responsibilities
? Manage Multiple Email Accounts
? Coordinate property showing request not scheduled using the online platform –
entering information into Tenant Turner
? Assign/forward emails from main account to the correct department
? Scheduling Photographer
? Notifying Leasing Agents
? Setting up property showing availability
? Showing Management
? Send each prospect a confirmation of their showing via email and text.
? Cancel showings for leased/terminated properties
? Direct prospective tenants from leased/terminated properties to other
suitable/similar available properties
? Ensuring Leasing Agent have the required relevant property information for showings
? Receiving and summarizing prospective tenant applications
? Preparing lease documents using templates and sending to Tenant/Landlord for signing
? Ensuring all required “Pre-Move-In” items/documents have been received from the
Tenant and completed within the specified timeframe
? Responding to any requests/concerns from prospective tenant applications
? Drafting New Management Agreement/Tenant Placement Agreement contracts using
provided templates
? Keeping the Leasing section of up-to-date

Customer Care Responsibilities
? Serve as the first point of contact in answering all phone calls on our main line.
? Respond to all inbound calls, text messages, emails, Facebook messages, and drift
notifications etc.
? Return all missed calls
? Maintain a log of phone numbers for which no contact has been established
? Send follow-up emails, texts, and voice messages to those clients according to a
predetermined schedule.
? Post Showing Follow-Up
? Follow up with each confirmed showing via phone call one day after the
automated rental application is sent to Tenant
? File/Document Management and Organization (Google Drive)
? Project Management – Oversee ongoing projects/tasks ensuring that each department is
meeting deadlines ()
? Provide support to other departments as required
