Responsibilities:
* Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants to understand their future property requirements and address their needs effectively.
* Manage the entire leasing process on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including site inspections, leasing proposals, negotiations, and finalizing lease agreements.
* Conduct daily cold calls and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
* Cultivate strong customer relationships to generate a substantial volume of prospective clients.
* Develop and maintain an extensive database of property listings.
* Record and monitor fees payable to PRIME.
* Stay actively informed about the real estate market in the Philippines, ensuring a high standard of knowledge.
* Proactively explore new solutions and opportunities within the real estate sector.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to contribute to the marketing strategies for leasing projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. With at least 3 years of experience in leasing management, preferably within the real estate industry.
3. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
5. Based in Quezon City or willing to be relocated in Quezon City.
