About SVCS
Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is a construction-estimating and project management firm serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003.
Responsibilities
General
• Work hours will be Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM San Francisco time
Marketing
• Daily
o Database management
o Posting to social media
• Weekly
o Content development and distribution of newsletter
o Prepare and distribute one-page flyer showcasing vacant units
o Updates to YouTube page and website
o Seek speakers, publicize events, and host webinar to promote tenant businesses in our building
Lease Management
• Update and maintain waiting list
• Determining rental rate
• Provide quote to potential tenants
• Manage move-in move-out process including scheduling inspections, cleaning, and lease preparation
• Maintain database of unit photos, leases, and repairs
• Obtain renter’s insurance from tenant
• Calculate prorated rent and deductions from deposit
• Send remainders to pay past-due rent
• Complete paperwork for collections and eviction process

Purpose of This Position
The purpose of this position is to provide SVCS’s client with construction estimating and project management services.
Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary + bonus
• 40+ hours per week
• Work from home
• Recognition on SVCS’s website
Requirements
• Ability to join meetings during San Francisco business hours
• 2 year experience leasing
• Two sources of stable internet and electricity to reliably host and join video conference
• If hired, must utilize Time Doctor or similar screen recoding technology. Employee will only be paid for hours worked and not idle time

4. Submit test
a. Speaking: Video pitch
b. Reading: Insurance review
c. Technical: Rent calculation
5. SVCS will review your test results and schedule a one-on-one interview
6. Candidate must arrange reference call using Top Grading system
7. Final interview
8. If accepted, SVCS will send Candidate an employment contract to begin working immediately
