**NOTE** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY

OneUp Properties is looking for high level, independent team mate to join our premier property management company as a leasing and tenant coordinator. I need a problem solver, and someone who takes the initiative to fully understand their role and strive to help their tenants. Because this position will be working directly with tenants and applicants, you should be comfortable communicating verbally through the phone and in written formats.

**NOTE** If you have multiple jobs, I am not interested. I need you to answer calls and be present during business hours.

Benefits:
1. Pay raise after initial training (approx. 3 months)
2. Pay raise at the 6 mos. and 1-year mark
3. Optional medical support after 6 months
4. 13th mos. bonus (must have completed 10 months with the company)

Candidate must possess:
• A strong understanding of the English language, written and oral
• The ability to learn new systems
• The ability to adapt and change
• Ability to build systems to streamline your processes
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Strong internet and power connection and a plan for backup in case of interruption
• Solid and reliable computer and internet because you will be responsible to answer and place calls through your computer

Desired (but not required) Skills:
• Knowledge of Rentvine
• Video editing
• SOP Development

Primary job duties:
• Direct Applicants and Resident relations
• Coordinating property self-showings
• Coordinating resident life cycle (inquires, move-ins, and move-outs)
