We are seeking a motivated Virtual Agent Leasing Assistant to join our growing Property Management Real Estate Team in Colorado Springs! We currently manage ~400 residential units and are adding new units at a rapid pace.
As a part of our Leasing Team, you will be responsible for leasing our available rental units and renewing leases for our existing Tenants. Our goal is to minimize vacancy for our landlord’s which requires quick response timelines, follow up, and team work. Being a team player is of upmost importance to us.
The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the work process to maximize effectiveness. Our goal as a company is to provide the highest level of customer service in the Property Management Industry which means each team player must also provide a high level of customer service.
General Job Description
• Answer general questions to prospective applicants interested in our available rentals.
• Keep Landlords up to date with the demand for their rental unit and make recommendations accordingly.
• Respond to Landlord and Tenant questions in a timely fashion.
• Ensuring prospective tenants can view units through our self-access viewing lockboxes.
• Screen tenants which includes verifying paystubs, employment, reference checks, criminal background reports, eviction
reports, and credit reports.
• Track and coordinate lock boxes.
• Advertise properties for rent.
• Perform Comparable Market Analysis for new rental listings and lease renewals.
• Follow all U.S. and Colorado Fair Housing Laws.
• Ensure a smooth move in for the Tenant.
• Communicate with Property Management Team.
• Other assigned tasks as necessary.

• Understanding of Buildium. Experience preferred but not required.

• Starting Salary: $725 Monthly
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (30-minute lunch break) – General Mountain Time
• 8 Paid Holidays Off (New Year’s Day, US Memorial Day, July 4th, US Labor Day, US Thanksgiving Day, The Day After
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) to Accrue 8 hr/month after a 60-day trial period, 10 hr/month after 5 years of service and 12 hr/month
