COMPANY INFO AND JOB OVERVIEW
Progressive Urban Property Management (PUPM) is based in Cleveland, Ohio USA and manages residential rental properties for mostly out of state investors. We manage rental units as small as a condo to mid-size apartment buildings as large as 44 units. We are a full service property management company that manages tenants, collects rent, does rent enforcements (i.e. evictions), handles maintenance requests, leasing, property preservation, etc.
We do a lot of things. And we need your help!
You will work directly with our team.
Your main responsibilities include:
– Assisting with all leasing activities
– Preparing listings of vacant units
– Calling potential applicants to verify their appointment times
– Gathering information from approved tenants
– Drafting new leases
– Managing the Residents Benefit Package program
– Assisting with other tenant related issues as needed including onboarding inherited tenants

Starting pay: $5/hour depending on experience
Paid US and Philippine holidays

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Honest
– Reliable
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Must be fluent in English (Position will be talking with a lot of tenants over the phone.)
– Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
– Must be able to problem solve
– Must have people skills to de-escalate situations with tenants
– Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
– Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
– Must have your own laptop
Nice to have:
– Some property management experience and home repair experience would be a plus

9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time Zone (New York)
