Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Remote Leasing Coordinator to join our dynamic team, specializing in leasing single family homes. As a Remote Leasing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our leasing operations, providing exceptional customer service and support to prospective tenants interested in renting our beautiful single family homes. Your warm and friendly demeanor, combined with your excellent communication skills, will be instrumental in creating a welcoming virtual environment that encourages individuals and families to choose our properties as their new homes. Responsibilities:

– Follow ups phone line monitoring
– Resident concierge
– Admin Support
– Engage with prospective tenants remotely, providing a warm and friendly virtual experience as they inquire about our single family homes.
– Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information about our single family homes and the rental process.
– Assist prospective tenants with rental applications, guiding them through the process remotely and verifying applicant information.
– Utilize various communication channels, such as phone, email, text and online platforms, to provide detailed information about our single family homes, including their features, layouts, and amenities.
– Collaborate with various teams to ensure leasing goals and occupancy targets for our homes are met and share feedback.
– Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings for home rentals in the areas we serve, providing valuable insights for virtual leasing strategies.
– Conduct regular market research to assess rental rates and market demand for single family homes in the remote leasing market.
– Professional Development Team Building

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

– Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role, with a focus on remote leasing for single family homes, is preferred.

– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with individuals and families remotely.

– Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail in virtual interactions and documentation.

– Proven ability to work effectively in a remote and independent environment, while also collaborating with a team.

– Proficiency in using Google Workspace Apps

– Flexible availability to accommodate different time zones and schedule virtual appointments as needed.

– Familiarity with leasing processes, fair housing laws, and Appfolio property management software is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time 8:00am – 5:00pm US Eastern Time Zone
Salary: $5/hour to start with Paid US holidays included. We also offer Paid Time Off, 80 hours annually in the first year and 120 hours annually thereafter. We have a team member rewards program and opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
