The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing clients and tenants with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services. The Operations Assistant is also the backbone of the Property Management Team, providing support to the Team to help build trust with our customers.
Responsibilities
• Customer Service
• Resident Onboarding
• Lease Addenda/Modification
• Lease Renewal Processing
• Third Party Financial vendor Correspondence
• Pet Screening/Renter Insurance/Utility Data Entry
• Violation/Non-compliance Management
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Organized and high attention to detail is a MUST
• Must work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time US
• Must speak and write proficient English
• Must have a working computer with good internet connection and speed
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of the Internet and email
• Exceptional customer service ability
• Knowledge and experience in using Appfolio is a plus, but not a must
