Hi! We are a top commercial real estate company looking for an active, meticulous Real Estate Assistant to help with our busy office. Excellent organizational abilities, a great command of the English, and a strong interest in the commercial real estate industry are requirements for the perfect applicant!
Responsibility:
– Keep track of and arrange calendars, setting up appointments, meetings, and property tours.
– Manage email and phone communications with clients, partners, renters, and internal departments.
– Compose, oversee, and preserve property-related paperwork, such as bids, contracts, leases, and maintenance logs.
– Update and maintain tenant databases, real estate listings on many platforms, as well as lease and sales transactions.
– Work together as a team to increase operational effectiveness.
– Act as the office’s initial point of contact for all calls.
– Aid in the creation of reports and presentations based on market research.
– Complete routine administrative duties like filing, data entry, and expenditure tracking.
– Arrange for the upkeep, repairs, and inspections of the property in conjunction with the renters and service providers.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking, fluent in English.
– Experience working as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a position similar.
– It is preferred to have knowledge in the commercial real estate sector.
– Expert with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM applications. (Give me PM software you use)
– Excellent organizational skill with the capacity to oversee several projects and adhere to deadlines.
– Independent worker who is self-motivated and has a good work ethic.
– Having access to a home office setting and a dependable internet connection.
