Responsibilities:
-Advanced Tool Proficiency: Harness your expertise in DocSign, Project Panther, Dropbox, CRM systems, and Calendly to optimize and streamline workflows. Employ these tools to elevate client interactions and enhance the overall claims process.
-Appointment Setting Mastery: Leverage your demonstrated experience in setting appointments to orchestrate seamless client consultations. Your skills will play a pivotal role in efficiently managing schedules and ensuring timely engagements.
-Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Showcase your mastery of Microsoft 365 applications to create, edit, and manage intricate legal documents. Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
-Independent Leadership: Flourish in an autonomous work environment, showcasing your self-motivation and goal-driven approach. Your ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision will be an asset in this role.
-Commitment to Excellence: Embrace a full-time commitment, dedicating a consistent 8-hour workday and 40-hour workweek to your role. Work shift follows 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Your flexibility to contribute additional hours, when necessary, underscores your commitment to exceptional client service.
-Problem-Solving Acumen: Navigate complex insurance scenarios with finesse, utilizing your well-honed problem-solving skills. Address challenges creatively, ensuring clients’ claims progress smoothly toward resolution.

Requirements:
-Tool Proficiency: A proven track record in leveraging DocSign, Project Panther, Dropbox, CRM systems, and Calendly to enhance operational efficiency.
-Appointment Setting Experience: Previous success in appointment scheduling, reflecting your organizational prowess and client-focused approach.
-Microsoft 365 Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, enabling seamless document management and collaboration.
-Autonomous Drive: A self-driven mindset coupled with a demonstrated ability to excel in an independent work environment.
-Flexible Dedication: Availability for full-time engagement, accompanied by a willingness to contribute overtime hours when the situation requires.
