Legal Intake Specialist

Goldblatt + Singer represents clients in matters involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death cases. We bring a wide range of knowledge and experience to our legal practice, with significant experience handling personal injury investigations in state and federal courtrooms throughout Missouri and Illinois.

We are growing and we are in search of an enthusiastic Intake Specialist to add to our team. The candidate must have a professional and compassionate demeanor, excellent telephone presence and communication & organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the capabilities of multitasking and working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will be on the front line with potential new clients and leads. You will be in charge of monitoring leads, sending contracts, gathering information, following up with potential leads, and field incoming calls and messages. You will be asked to perform varying work assignments, including monitoring multiple platforms for information and entering data accurately into our systems. Job Responsibilities:

Answer and field incoming calls.
Initial contact with potential clients.
Monitor and follow up with potential clients.
Communicate with potential clients by phone, email, and texting.
Perform intakes.
Refer and decline cases.
Obtaining necessary information from intake leads and promptly updating data systems.
Preparing, sending, and tracking engagement agreements.
Requesting relevant documents from clients and following up when not provided timely.
Uploading documents to the CRM system.
Provide general assistance to multiple attorneys.

Qualifications:

Legal background, preferred in a Personal Injury Law Firm.
Experience with insurance and medical terminology is a plus.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience in sales calls.
Positive demeanor.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to learn new computer software quickly.
Strong communication skills.
Coachable.
Goal and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Bonus pay could be available.

Hours will either be:
Monday-Friday: 12AM – 8AM CST
