Job Description:

We are a law firm marketing agency specializing in representing survivors of sexual abuse. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology and experience in remote social work, particularly in areas related to sexual abuse and trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Contact: Act as the point of contact for clients. Conduct interviews to gather detailed case information while maintaining sensitivity and understanding of the clients’ experiences.
Client Support and Communication: Offer emotional support and guidance to clients during the intake process. Ensure clear, empathetic, and effective communication at all times.
Documentation: Accurately document client information and case details.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with clients as needed, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and questions are answered.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in remote social work, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Rape Crisis Counseling or similar roles.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with survivors of sexual abuse.
Language: Fluent in English with minimal accent to ensure clear and effective communication.
Availability: Must be available to work full time, from 9 am to 5 pm, in the Central Time zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with victims of sexual abuse.
Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
